1. General Rules

Bitcoin prices change based on the market. You cannot exchange Bitcoin for other currencies like USD or EUR.
5. Fees and Taxes
You are responsible for paying all taxes on your winnings. VegasHunter Casino does not pay taxes for you.

7. What VegasHunter Is Not Responsible For
You know that gambling means you can lose money. VegasHunter is not responsible for any money you lose.
VegasHunterCasino protects your personal information. However, we are not responsible for how third parties like game providers use your data.
VegasHunter is not responsible for computer problems, software errors, or internet connection issues on your side.
If the platform makes a mistake with a bet or payment, we can cancel the bet or fix the mistake.
If VegasHunter accidentally gives you money or a bonus that is not yours, we will take it back from your account. If you already withdrew the money, you owe it to VegasHunter. Tell us immediately if this happens.
VegasHunter does not promise that the website works perfectly or without errors. VegasHunter is not responsible for any losses or damages from using the website or playing games.
You agree to protect VegasHunter from any costs, losses, or claims that come from your use of the website.

8. Your Account
You can only have one account per address, household, and internet connection. Creating multiple accounts can result in all accounts being closed and all winnings cancelled.
Do not share your account with anyone, including minors.
You can only use VegasHunter for personal fun. You cannot use it for business or to make money.
VegasHunter may call the phone number you provided to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until your account is fully verified. If VegasHunter cannot reach you by email or phone within 2 weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked.
9. Anti-Fraud Policy
VegasHunter has strict rules against fraud. If you are suspected of cheating, working with other players, using fake documents, or creating multiple accounts, VegasHunter can close your account and cancel all payouts.
If you use a stolen card or try to get a chargeback, VegasHunter can charge you money to cover damages and close your account.
VegasHunter has zero tolerance for players trying to abuse bonuses. If you use stolen cards, create multiple accounts for bonuses, or provide false information, VegasHunter can cancel bonuses and winnings.
VegasHunter can close your account and refund your balance at any time without giving a reason.
If you find an error in the software, do not use it. Tell VegasHunter immediately. If you use the error and do not report it, VegasHunter can charge you for all costs related to the error.
For Bitcoin transactions marked as replaceable, VegasHunter can close your account immediately and keep your winnings.
You must play your deposit one time before you can withdraw it. If you have multiple deposits with no play, you must play all of them. If VegasHunter suspects money laundering, you may need to play your deposits 3 times.
Vegas Hunter will try to contact you about your withdrawal within 2 weeks. If we cannot reach you, your account will be locked. If you do not provide required identity information within 40 days, your winnings may be taken.
The website is not a bank. Your account does not earn interest. We do not offer currency exchange services.
10. Deposits
Contact support to ask which payment methods work best in your country.
You must deposit from a bank account or card in your own name. Do not use someone else’s payment method. If you do, your winnings will be taken and the deposit returned to the owner.
The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent. The maximum depends on your payment method.
Bitcoin deposits do not have limits because of how cryptocurrency works. Use another payment method if you want to limit your gambling.
11. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR/USD [or equivalent in other currencies: 200 NOK, 30 CAD, 90 PLN, 1500 RUB, 2400 JPY, 140 BRL, 0.00043 BTC, 0.007 ETH, 0.066 LTC, 0.017 BCH, 40 DOG, 20 USDT].
The maximum withdrawal depends on your payment method. If your withdrawal is larger than the limit, it will be split into smaller payments.
VegasHunter may report your actions to authorities if needed.
VegasHunter supports credit card refunds through Visa and Mastercard. The card must not be a business card and must be from a supported country.
Banks may block credit card withdrawals. The Casino VegasHunter cannot guarantee all credit card withdrawals will work.
The casino uses EUR as its main currency. If you use another currency, your bank may charge extra fees for currency conversion.
Vegas Hunter can send your money using a different payment method if needed.
Withdrawals take 0 to 24 hours depending on the payment method. Some e-wallets take up to 1 day.
The maximum withdrawal from free spins bonus is 50 EUR/USD [or equivalent: 500 NOK, 75 CAD, 200 PLN, 3,750 RUB, 300 BRL].
Mystery Drops winnings have a daily limit of 2,500 EUR/USD and a monthly limit of 12,000 EUR/USD.
The weekly withdrawal limit is 3,000 EUR/USD. The monthly limit is 15,000 EUR/USD. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
VIP members have a weekly limit of 5,000 EUR/USD and a monthly limit of 20,000 EUR/USD.
If you deposited with a credit card and your withdrawal is equal to or less than your deposit, the money goes back to your card. If you withdraw more, the extra amount goes to another payment method.
VegasHunter may hold your withdrawal for up to 72 hours to verify your identity. If you provide false information, your bets and winnings will be cancelled and your account closed.
Bank transfers take 3 working days. You cannot request a bank transfer for USD. Banks may charge extra fees for transfers.
You pay all costs for refunds.
12. Inactive Accounts
If you do not log in for 12 months, your account is inactive. VegasHunter can charge you 25 EUR per month [or equivalent in other currencies] as long as your account has money. The fee stops if your balance reaches zero or you log back in.
13. Time Limit for Claims
Any claim must be made within 1 year of when it happened.
14. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction. If someone else used your account, you have 30 days to request a refund.
If you deposited with a credit card, refunds go back to your card up to the amount you deposited. Any extra goes to another payment method.
All bonuses and winnings are removed before calculating your refund.
If credit card deposits are risky, VegasHunter will refund them to your card and notify authorities.
You pay all costs for refunds.
Contact support to request a refund. You may need to provide: photo ID, payment system screenshot, and proof of address. VegasHunter may call you to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until your account is verified. If Vegas Hunter cannot reach you within 2 weeks, your account will be locked. Refunds take 5 to 7 working days.
15. Complaints
You can contact support to complain about our services.
Support handles complaints. If support cannot solve it, it goes to management. You will be told about your complaint’s progress.
Only the account owner can make a complaint. You cannot give your complaint to someone else.
VegasHunter will dismiss complaints if someone other than the account owner handles them.
16. You Cannot Transfer Your Account
You cannot sell, transfer, or give your account to anyone without permission. This includes your winnings, deposits, bets, and any claims against the website.
